Bundle Policy
We do not sell single bundles. A minimum of two (2) bundles is required per order.
If an order is placed for only one bundle, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded according to our store cancellation policy.
This ensures you receive the proper fullness, quality, and overall appearance intended for our hair products.

- We process orders only Monday-Friday, if you place an order on Friday it will be processed the following Monday.

Shipping Policy
- We are not responsible for stolen/lost packages, please file a claim with the delivery courier for further investigation.
- Free shipping for only USA orders $400 and up.
- Please allow 5-8 business days to process hair orders, 1-2 business days to process lace products & an additional 2-3 business days for shipping.
- International shipping will be up to 20 business days.
- All packages are delivered by USPS/UPS (International orders may vary).
